Shipping & Taxes:
1. Any size larger than 10 feet wide will be shipped folded. So, you may see creases, and the rug may not lay flat initially, but it is very typical with rugs when shipped folded. All the wrinkles and lumps in the rug will go away within a few weeks of usage.
2. Buyers are responsible for any applicable customs and import taxes. We will not be liable for delays due to customs.
3. All items will ship promptly after payment has cleared PayPal.
4. Please provide your correct/complete address along with your contact details to ensure timely shipping and delivery.
5. All items will be dispatched from India.

Return & Exchange:
