Théière argentée Ilonka Karasz Paye & Baker W.Baker Co. 1928 déco Bauhaus officiel rare

Excellent vintage condition- original from 1928, patina on the silver that would clean up nicely but I have left its original condition. No damage, may have light scratches and scuffs. The wood accented handles are aligned nicely and not loose. Smoke free home, ships with care.

Silver-plated art deco teapot designed by Ilonka Karasz for Paye & Baker in 1928. Unique ribbed body with geometric shape and walnut handle and knob. Silver-plated (unmarked), made in India sticker on the bottom. Ilonka Karasz was a Hungarian-American designer known for her work in textiles ceramics and metalwork.

Measures approximately 6 inches long, 3.75" inch diameter, 5 inches tall.
