• Damaged shipments:All shipments have insurance included. Please notify the driver upon delivery if the package appears damaged. They will NOT note the damage unless you point it out. Pen the package and inspect the item for damage. If the item is damaged contact us immediately for further instruction on filing a claim. DO NOT throw away the packaging, put the package back together, it may need to be made available for inspection by the carrier.
