In regards to the pants' overall condition, they have never been worn, they possess the authentic tags, but are slightly wrinkled. I'd suggest maybe ironing them before first use, or the wrinkles may go away after multiple times wearing the pants. But overall, apart from the detailed minor defects that I'll mention below, these are new, great, high quality, luxury pants in near-perfect condition that fit many casual, business, or formal attires. THESE PANTS ALSO FIT SLIGHTLY SMALL, so it may be a good fit if you like slightly tight-fitting 38” pants, or a normal fit if you wear 36” pants.

THERE ARE VERY FEW MINOR/MINISCULE DEFECTS THAT I WILL MENTION BELOW. I will do this by going through each of the photos I provided for this item:

PHOTO 15 IS A MINOR MANUFACTURER DEFECT: This is located in the front middle seaming of the pants and has an overall diameter of about 0.5 millimeters. In spite of its small size, this is the most significant defect of all the defects I will mention.

PHOTO 16 IS A MINISCULE MANUFACTURER DEFECT: This is located in the front left region of the pants and seems more like a small issue with the seaming. This is also mostly insignificant and measures less than 0.5 millimeters.

PHOTO 17-18 ARE MINOR SEAMING ISSUES AT THE BOTTOM OF THE PANTS: these are also minor manufacturing defects that are mostly insignificant but have been noted

-As mentioned before, apart from the defects, these lovely, unworn, pants are still in new, near-perfect condition. ONCE AGAIN, THESE PANTS FIT SLIGHTLY SMALL, please read the first paragraph for further details about this.
