-I do not accept returns for safety and sanitary reasons-Buyers remorse is not a valid reason for returns if returns are not generally accepted by the seller, like me. (eBays policy)

-I wrap items carefully to prevent damage, but the carriers do sometimes cause damage to items that I am not responsible for
